Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites go live within one to two weeks of you approving your preview. Simple sites can be even quicker. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your text, photos and feedback.
What do I need to provide?
Just the basics: your business name, what you do, any text or photos you already have, and your logo if you have one. Do not worry if you are missing some of these. We can write your text and source suitable images for you.
Do you write the text for my website?
Yes. We write all the text for your website in plain English, based on a chat about your business. You see it in your preview and can ask for changes until it sounds like you.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every website we build is designed for mobile phones first, because most local searches happen on a phone. Your site will look and work beautifully on every screen size.
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Not by default. We look after your website for you, and small changes are included with Monthly Management, so you can just ask us. If you'd like to update things yourself, such as adding images, products or case studies, we can set up access for you.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name and all of your content, including your text, photos and logo. While you are on Monthly Management, we host and look after your website for you. If you ever decide to leave after your 12-month minimum, we will hand over your domain and all your content so you can take them elsewhere.
