Do I need website care?
If your website matters to your business, yes. Websites need updates to stay secure and working properly, and problems are much cheaper to prevent than to fix. Website care is included in Monthly Management.
What happens if my website goes down?
Get in touch and we will get on it straight away. Because we host and monitor your website, we usually know about problems quickly and can fix them before customers notice.
Can you make changes for me?
Yes. Small changes, like updating text, photos, prices or opening hours, are included whenever you need them. For bigger changes we will give you a clear quote first.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly Management has a 12-month minimum, then you can cancel any time. And if you ever leave, we will hand over your domain and all your content.
